Mr. Boone Joe

March 28, 2006
Bay Quarter Horse Gelding
15.1 hands
Mr. Boone is going to be a big stout horse. We have raised Mr. Boone and we will never sell him. His sire came off the Pritzer Ranch and had great bloodlines going back to Two Eyed Jack several times. But unfortunlty we were unable to get him registered cause of Cactus (his dam) not having her papers. I started Mr. Boone around May 08, then in Sept 08 he had 2 months reining training with Deon Locke in Marietta, Ok. He is riding great. This year he has did all sorts of things, parades, trails, ponying colts, chuckwagon races, lil roping training, ranch work, and more. He's going to make me a nice all round horse.

Cactus

January 2001
Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare
14.2 hands
I've had Cactus since she was a yearling. She is 8 this year. She was just a scraggly long haired wormy little filly when we got her. She could have been registered with AQHA. We had the papers to get her registered, but they were miss placed during a move and were lost. I have finally found Cactus's bloodlines though, even though it is too late to get her reg. Cactus has some cutting bloodlines as well as some halter. I trained Cactus when she was two years old. She was just my pleasure horse for a couple years. I've now been using her on the ranch with the cattle. I gather, sort and do some pasture roping with her. She has started heeling and doing good, hope to make a finished heel horse one day. Cactus is my baby girl and I will would never sell her for anything.

Dolly

10 year old
Dun Quarter Horse X Mare
14.3 hands
I've had Dolly since she was a yearling. Dolly is a Quarter Horse with some Thoroghbred in her. You can spot Dolly in a her of horses because of her floppy looking ears. Dolly is very seasoned in. She's been everywhere. From chuckwagon races to Sonic. Dolly always went where ever I pointed her. I've been riding her for 7 or so years and she has never ever offered to buck. Dolly loved to run. But June of '06 she stepped on a horseshoe nail and She had a slight limp for a couple years. I didn' ride her at all during that time. New Years '09 we saddled her and rode, because she hadn't limping, she did perfet, So she's back undersaddle again. Dolly will never be sold, we will always keep her.

Shorty

10yr Sorrel Quarter Horse Gelding
15.2 hands
Shorty is a head and heel horse. We got him in Late Summer of 09. We use him to work cows and pony horse. He is a head and heel horse. We can't wait to throw a loop off him this spring.

Sierra

3yr Quarter Paint Dun Filly
15 hands
Sierra is a sweet filly and very loveable. I got Sierra in a trade and decided I really liked her and going to keep her and see how she turns out in her training. Shes very willing. If I decide to keep her, hope to make her another rope and ranch horse. She is in training now.

Cash Hero

(pictured 3 months ago when healthy)
8yr Solid Sorrel APHA Gelding
16 hands
We rescued Cash from a guy that wasn't feeding him. We got him end of December 09. He was underweight and hadn't eating much in a while. He had digestive problems when startin to eat again. He is now doing slowly better and slowly gaining weight. He is a grandson of Dash For Cash. He is a good bred gelding. He was raced as a young horse and been used on a ranch, as a rope horse, and to pony races horses since then. He is a very nice quiet gelding and we look forward to using him.

Peewee

7yr Brown Dun Mini Mule
32inchs
We rescued Peewee from the sale barn. He come in and everybody was stayin away from him, he was kicking and rearing. I bidded on him and ended up paying $60 for him. Tony was really wondering why I got him. He was hard to catch and kicking when trying to catch him. But once we got him he loaded up fine. We got him home and started messing with him and everyday he would want more and more attention. One day I led him out and he led right up on our back deck. So I started leading him on things and I got up on our flatbed truck one day and took slack out fo the rope and he jumped right up there... it was the coolest thing ever. I'm still working with Peewee and hope to have him pulling a cart some day and just teach him to do all sorts of tricks...Hopefully Peewee will be here for a long while.

Festus

1 1/2yr old Grey Jack Donkey
13hands
I traded for Festus and got him to breed Dolly with and also to use as a track donkey. He had never been handled and was wild. He is slowly coming around and getting gentler. We are working on halter breaking him. Hope to keep Festus for a while.
